Your property will get extensive exposure on different web sites, specially on Realtor.com (78% of potential Buyers visit that web site). I have an upgraded account with Realtor.com that allows me not only the publication of plenty of pictures but also full page descriptions of your property. Over 15 other web sites will carry the ads and spread the listing throughout the Internet. Another important site is Craigslist. To maintain the listings on that web site an agent must be zealous as the site publish the ads for just few days. All my listings are highlighted on Craigslist, with over 16 pictures showing the property's best features. Potential Buyers, surfing the web sites for homes, mostly click only on the listings showing the highest number of pictures.
The offers presented to you will have the Buyer's pre-approval letter attached to it. If the Buyers are not represented by me, I will request their agent to bring an approval letter with their offer. No waste of your time accepting an offer from Buyers that can't perform.
You will receive a feedback from me every time I show your home or another agent shows your home.
